1) How long have you been working with the Upward Bound Program? -This will be my 4th summer and I've been with the program for 2 full years, during the summer and during the school year.   2) What is your position in the Upward Bound Program? -Math Instructor   3) What is your favorite color? -Really don't have one, but green was what I always chose as a kid.   4) What do you do for fun when you not working? -Go sailing, a lot of racing and some cruising.   5) What is your greatest fear? -None that I can truly call my greatest fear.   6) What makes you happy? -Well, of course, sailing in the warm summer wind is the best thing ever. Also, seeing students succeed in high school and beyond. It makes me feel good knowing that I was able to help them all out, even if it was a minor thing in their life, like math.   7) What makes you sad? -Watching students being forced to waste their talent because of their tough circumstances at home or otherwise. I've seen it more in the past two years than in the 23 years before that.
