PRE-CALCULUS:
Therese shares her dazzling math techniques to
get us ready for the year that would get us ready for calculus.
This is pre-pre-calc at it’s toughest. We tackle advanced factoring
and all kinds of crazy math. Thanks to Upward Bound, we’re ready
for anything our precalc teachers can throw at us in the fall.
CALCULUS:
William Pirrie is a math slave-driver. He will work
you to tears. You will dream about derivatives for the entirety
of the summer program. Limits and derivatives will haunt you in
your sleep with the background soundtrack of Will’s evil cackle.
But it’s worth it. All this prep makes the most challenging math
class in existence that much easier once the fall to spring school
year hits you.
