  1. When you were younger what did you want to be?

I wanted to be a fantasy writer because I enjoy creating my own imaginary worlds and characters.

  1. When you were younger what superhero did you pretend/want to be and why?

I never pretended to be a superhero, but as far as American superhero goes, I thought the pink ranger was cool when I was a kid.

     3) Who do you think is the most memorable student in Upward Bound and why?
Every student in Upward Bound has left an impression on me. They all have come a long way from the beginning of the program, and I’m proud of each one of them and their accomplishments.

     4) How was your first year in Upward Bound? Did you have a hard time working with the students?
My first year in Upward Bound was great. It is always pleasant to see students come into the web classes not knowing how to make websites, and these students manage to finish award-winning websites by the end of the program.

      5) When you were little who was the best teacher you ever had?
Mr. Case, my PE teacher. He is the kindest and most patient teacher I ever had. I’m terrible at sports, but I kept taking his class over and over again that I went from the one of the worst players to one of the best in the class.
