In Algebra I, students are learning how to solve quadratic functions using various methods such as factoring. Simplifying expressions and equations, collecting like terms, the distributive property, linear equations, factoring, graphing and solving quadratic functions is all covered over the course of this summer. Math is one of the most applicable subjects to the real world. It gives students the tools they need to be successful in math in their high schools and beyond. The math classes offer intensive coverage on topics covered in a normal Algebra and Precalculus class. New topics are introduced while old ones are strengthened.
