Volunteering! Who doesn't like this? On July 29th a few of the Upward Bound students went to El Centro de La Raza to help out with gardening and weeding. They worked really hard for 5 hours. Afterwards everyone got to go home and rest after a long day of hard work. Meanwhile the other half of the UB students had the opportunity to make up work and recieve math tutoring. Those who wanted to work in their web class also had the opportunity to do so. It was a day full of fun and catching up on work.
