A Place That I'll Never Forget

Have you ever been to Wild Waves? If not, you're missing out. There are many great rides for you to enjoy. I remember how excited and nervous I was my first time there.

I will never forget one great ride at Wild Waves-the water slide. The water slide has given me many memories. I remember when I was in the line, waiting for my turn. I was scared and nervous. I was wondering how the water slide would make me feel. " Will it be fun or not?"

When I climbed on the top of the water slide, I wanted to turn back because I was so scared; but my cousin pushed me to continue. So I sat on the slide. I looked around to see if there was anyone to go with me, but there was no one. I had to go by myself.

When the man who worked at the top of the slide counted one...two...three, I closed my eyes and pushed myself off. The first thing I noticed was the smell of chlorine in the water. Boy, was it strong. The water splashed all over my body, cooling my s kin. When I turned a curve, half of my body was on one side of the slide. My body was thrown away to the other side because of the quick turn. The water seemed to push me faster.

When I finally saw the pool in front of me, I was screaming and yelling. I was so scared that the rush of the water would push me down to the bottom of the pool because I didn't know how to swim!! When I fell into the pool, water splashed all over my f ace. My eyes were stinging and I could not see anything. I was like a blind person! In my terror, I lost my balance and I swallowed a ton of water.

I will never forget the water slide. It gave me an experience of flying through water. It made me scared, excited, and nervous. The most memorable part was that I swallowed a ton of water. Being thrown in the curves was also scary and exciting. The appearance of the water slide is always in my mind. The thought of it makes me want to go to the Wild Waves again and again.
