In todays world there are many backyards in America. The one I have is in a small town called Linda. The town has only a population of thirteen thousand people. In my town there are many diffrent cultures. The town has blacks, whites, asians, mexicans; you can say the town is a rainbow colored town.
As you go into the town you will find that it has a total of 8 stoplights. There isn't a mall there so there isn't a place to hang out. With a total of 2 parks kids can go and play with 4 swings for that whole 2 acre park and the rest of it is all grassses about 5 feet tall.
The High School is located next to the cemetary,and I think it's where they get the cafeteria food. The Intermediate school has better funding then the High school in that there is about an average of 4 computers per room in the High School and about an average of 1 computer in each room and their apple double e's (the old kind). In the Intermediate school, they have new Macs.
When you look at the yards you won't find picket fences but a variety of them. In the back of my house you will find that there is a chicken coop. In the backyard of my neighbors you will a few dead cars. Because of the diffrent cultures there are many different backyards.
When you go through the stores you will find that it's mostly family owned stores. Because of the smallness of the town many big companies won't invest in making a business their own. In the town there are many different stores. The community benefits from the family business because the tax stays in the community.
