Cha Moua
Upward Bound
In my backyard there lives a peach tree. It has been there for three years. This peach tree is important to me because it was a shade when it was summer time, it provided a place for the birds, It provided fruit for us, kept my room cool, gave us a place to climb, and it gave us things that you wouldn't have without it. It started as a little seed, I planted it near my window. I thought it wasn't going to grow, but one day I got up and there it was; a little peach tree. I took good care of it. I watered it all the time and when winter came I kept it from dying from the cold, by covering it. Spring came, the tree blossomed, and so did my peach tree.
First day I saw it blossom, I was very happy and so I decided to take a picture of it. I didn't let anyone do any harm to the blossoming flowers on the stems. Soon the leaves fell when Fall came. It slowly fell and I became sad each day the leaves fell. Looking at the tree I thought that It wasn't going to survive. Winter came again but I didn't take as much care of the tree as I did last winter. Soon I realized that the leaves began to grow again, and the flowers blossomed. I looked closely and I saw little peaches. As time passed by, the peaches grew. It didn't grow big because it was still young but the important thing is that It grew and I was happy. I grew this tree and I hope to keep it for many years to come and go.
