Eric is currently a doctoral student in the Interdisciplinary Ph.D. Program in Urban Design and Planning at the University of Washington. His primary research interests include how the built environment impacts travel behavior and the relationships between urban form and public health. Additionally, he is interested in the application of GIS methods in planning research. Eric received a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from Virginia Tech along with a B.S. in Environmental Studies and Certification in Geographic Information Science from the University of West Florida.
