Dr. Grady received his medical degree from the University of Michigan and took his urology residency at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. During residency, Dr. Grady did a biotechnology research fellowship at the National Institutes of Health, inquiring into Cell Mediated Immunology. Dr. Grady completed a two year Pediatric Urology Fellowship at Children's Hospital & Regional Medical Center/University of Washington Medical Center in 1998. His awards include Phi Beta Kappa and Alpha Omega Alpha from University of Michigan Medical School and the Bruce H. Stewart Award from the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. Dr. Grady achieved the rank of Eagle Scout in 1981.
