Patient Care/Philosophy

Dr. Miller's clinic interests include female and male urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, urinary reconstruction, and male urethral strictures. Her patient care goals are to provide excellent and innovative care, in a compassionate, caring environment.

Research Interests

Dr. Miller's research interests include female urinary incontinence and prolapse, as well as male urethral stricture disease.

Teaching

Dr Miller participates in teaching medical students and urology, gynecology, and family practice residents. Development of a urogynecology fellowship in association with the gynecology department is in progress. She has served as the Director of the Medical Student Urology Clerkship since June 2005.

Education & Training

Dr. Miller received her MD from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri and completed her surgical and urologic training at the University of Washington School of Medicine. She was a Post-Doctoral Fellow at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, NC, where she completed a fellowship in Female and Reconstructive Urology and Urodynamics under the direction of George D Webster, FRCS, MD.
