Urology Clinics - Harborview Medical Center

General Urology/Trauma

The Urology Clinic at Harborview Medical Center provides both General Urology services and complex tertiary care of urogenital injuries and the complications of injury.

Dr. Hunter Wessells, Chief of Urology, specializes in reconstruction of the urinary tract with particular focus on the male urethra, genitalia, and acute injuries. Examples include urethral stricture disease, failed hypospadias surgery, Peyronie’s disease, complex penile implant surgery, and surgery for genital skin deficiency.

The Urology Clinic provides services to adult patient with problems of the urinary tract, including acute and chronic urinary incontinence, bladder dysfunction, kidney stones, and related conditions. The clinic specializes in the treatment of bladder, kidney and prostate tumors, erectile dysfunctions, evaluation, management and education of patients. Pre- and post-operative teaching and counseling are available.
