Dr. Voelzke has a clinical interest in reconstructive urology with a specific focus on urethral stricture disease, male incontinence, rectourethral fistula, and acute/chronic management of genitourinary trauma.
Education & Training
Bryan Voelzke received his undergraduate Bachelor’s degree from Baylor University and his MD degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center, San Antonio, where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. After finishing his general surgery internship and urology residency at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, Illinois, Dr. Voelzke then completed two separate clinical fellowships. The first fellowship was in robotic surgery/urologic oncology at Royal Melbourne Hospital in Melbourne, Australia. Dr. Voelzke then completed a one-year fellowship in genitourinary trauma and reconstruction at the University of California, San Francisco and San Francisco General Hospital under the mentorship of Dr. Jack McAninch. He also served as Clinical Instructor in urology at San Francisco General Hospital during his fellowship.
