Volunteer leadership and engagement play a critical role in our success. As each unit works with volunteers in different ways, it it important to collaborate efforts throughout the University. To assist in this effort, the Volunteer Engagement Roundtable was created to help us:
- promote best practices
- share ideas and strategize across departments
- learn about central volunteer engagement efforts
- hear presentations on relevant topics
- build relationships
- participate in professional training
The Volunteer Engagement Roundtable meets quarterly. In order to have the most efficient and productive conversation, each unit has identified a key staff member who will be most involved in the volunteer efforts on your team.
