CR Resources

Constituent Relations supports the institutional aim of Integrated Advancement by offering resources that bolster our campus partners’ efforts in constituent & alumni relations.

CR support is discussed each summer in conjunction with a review of the Engagement Plan, found within the annual Unit Operating Plan for the upcoming fiscal year.

CR Resources Include:

MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS — ACR Marketing & Communications can support your event’s marketing, from the establishment of a marketing strategy, all the way through the design and execution of electronic and print marketing materials. UWAA/ACR (Alumni and Constituent Relations) also has a variety of in-house publications and communications channels to help you reach members, alumni, and friends of the UW. Learn more about marketing and communications support.

EVENT SUPPORT AND EXISTING PROGRAMMING OPPORTUNITIES – CR can assist with staffing your broad-based engagement events, from check in tables to line management. The UWAA also produces a number of broad-based events in the Seattle area and beyond each year. Units can easily leverage these existing programs and events to reach out to alumni, donors, and friends. Learn more about event support and existing programming opportunities.

OTHER SUPPORT—CR can also provide financial resources to cover a variety of expenses. Budgetary allocations should be discussed with the Director of CR. Learn more about budgetary support.
