Adding an event to the UWAA event calendar
ACR is happy to post selected events from our unit partners on the UWAA event calendar (uwalum.com/events). Below is an example of an event tile. Any event posted on the UWAA website should be broad-based and appeal to an audience that includes alumni.
To request an event post on the UWAA website, please submit the following details at least six weeks prior to the event:
- Event title
- Event date
- Event web page URL
- One to two-sentence description of the event
- A photo (minimum size is 275×190 pixels), consistent with the event’s marketing, with no text or logo.

Marketing Production Timeline
If ACR is marketing your event or sending out your communications, please plan on having relevant dates and Columns information submitted 90 days prior to event, and all final details submitted 8 weeks prior for print piece, and 6 weeks prior for e-communications.
