Biographic Maintenance

Overview

If you frequently receive returned mail, or if you have frequent contact with alumni and donors and are, therefore, notified of updated information (addresses, phone numbers, marital relationship changes, employment changes, deaths, etc.), you might be a candidate for the Advance Biographical Maintenance Class.

Course Content

Learn how to:

  • Create new entity records for friends or organizations.
  • Create new records, or modify existing records to update Advance records including employment, addresses, names, marital/partner status and other relationships.
  • Request updates for records you don’t have update rights to.

Prerequisite

To take Biographic Maintenance training, you must have attended a Basic Advance Inquiry training. Biographic Maintenance is usually offered once per month.
