Your desktop and networked computer needs are served by two groups working together.

• Advancement Training & Support (ATS) staff work in the UW Tower S Building on the first floor.  We’re part of Advancement Services.  We bring you these services (and more):
• Computer and related equipment purchasing and installation
• Training and technical support for Advance, ReportWriter.NET, and Convio
• Ad hoc Advance data maintenance requests and list management training & support
• Local networked server environment
• The Intranet CMS and support
• Nebula staff also work in the UW Tower in a separate location.  Nebula is a unit within UWIT.  Nebula brings you:
• Basic desktop computer images, virus security, updates maintenance and application stability
• Account and permissions management
• Private and group drives for file sharing
• UW Exchange email/calendar accounts and service
