2012 Annual Recognition Gala

RSVP Tracking

As of August 24th, there were 173 attendees signed up for the Gala (to be held on September 14th). The RSVP deadline is Friday, August 31st. An RSVP reminder email was sent on Monday, the 27th, to those we had not heard from which included a link to register online. Please don’t forget to check the online RSVP lookup for the very latest RSVP information.

Please reach out to your donors and encourage them to come as we want to pay tribute to them.

Of course, if you or your colleagues plan to attend and have not yet RSVP’d, please do! You may email rsvp@uw.edu or call 206-616-8160. You are welcome to pay via UW budget number, check or credit card. Tickets are $180 per person.

Table Requests

If you would like to make a table request, use the Gala Table Request Form.

Please fill it out on behalf of your school/college/program and return via email to Echert@uw.edu. Table requests must be returned no later than Wednesday, September 5th at 5:00 pm.

As always, we will do our best to accommodate your seating preference, but we cannot guarantee it. We will let you know the final seating plan for your table(s) on Wednesday, September 12th.
