Hugh Hillhouse awarded equipment grant by M.J. Murdock Charitable Trust

Professor Hugh Hillhouse, Rehnberg Chair Professor of Chemical Engineering has been awarded an equipment grant titled: "Acquisition and Construction of Scientific Research Equipment for the Molecular Engineering of Novel Solar Energy Conversion Devices." This $514k grant from the M.J. Murdock Charitable Trust will provide the funding to build a unique instrumentation laboratory for fabricating and characterizing photovoltaic devices in the new Molecular Engineering & Sciences Building.
