                                        What’s Up with DVR?

As most of you are aware, the Division of
Vocational Rehabilitation has entered into
                           “Order of Selection”, meaning potential
clients will be classified regarding their
                                 eligibility for services according to
the severity of their disAbility.

                         Despite the current situation, potential
clients are encouraged to follow through with
the application process. DVR is aware that the
need for vocational services still exists
and will determine who is eligible,
following the order of selection criteria.

If you do have a signed plan with DVR and your
services have been significantly cut
back or terminated, please call the Client
Assistance Program (CAP) at 206 721-5999
                                            (Voice) or 1-800-544-2121
(TTY/TDD).

The Washington Coalition of Citizens with
disAbilities is currently compiling data of
those clients with a signed DVR plan who are
having difficulties with receiving
services. If you would like to share your
experience, please contact us at 206
                                  545-7055 (Voice) or 1-877-539-0212;
206 632-3456 (TTY/TDD)
