john -- sean has provided a thoughtful response here. the exchange works
like this: if you want an AT device, you post it on the exchange. this
works like "classified ads" in that it requires that people go to the
exchange from the WATA home page (wata.org), click on exchange, and either
post items they have or want, or review postings. hopefully someone who
has a bathtub hoist they no long need will review the Exchange, notice
your posting, and respond. k
