Greetings,
How can a deaf person and mute person
communicate by telephone when primary
language for both is ASL and reading and
writing skills are limited by low-vision and
movement disabilities ?
I think that videoconference calls
using computers with cameras at both
ends might be practical.
Are there any organizations in WA State
who provide this service?
