Nan,

I just purchased a Panasonic Workio copier for our office because of it's
accessibility. It hasn't even been delivered yet. We provide a few of the
other things on your list, plus more. Some other accommodations we have
provided when requested include TDD, electric stapler, electric letter
opener, cassette recorder, trackball, headset, Naturally Speaking software,
large screen monitors, glare screens, special keyboards, gel rests, desk
lamps (in lieu of using overhead florescents which affect certain
disabilities), adjustable height tables, ergonomic chairs with array of
adjustments, freestanding grab bar in one toilet room, baby changing tables
that fold down from the bathroom wall to provide work space for someone to
deal with medical or personal care paraphernalia, a larger screen TV in the
conference room for viewing training videos, rolling carts and dollies for
moving items around, and a reacher/grabber. Equipment like the fax and our
printers are placed on lower tables to enable access. All our external
doors have automatic openers. We've also on occasion provided file
cabinets or bookcases of particular sizes that were more accessible to an
employee.
