I work with a middle school student who gets very excited when presented
with new information on the computer such that he hits his switch in
multiple succession and can't view the information on the screen. The
teacher has tried to interrupt the switch click by inserting a switch latch
timer between the switch and the port of a switch adapted computer mouse in
hopes of delaying the switch signal and slowing down the switch activity.
It worked when the latch timer was hooked to a Mac system but didn't work on
the PC. The student's work is done primarily on the PC.

Is there a quick solution to this problem - delay mouse click signal while
using PC computer?
