In general, Flash is not accessible. The developers have made efforts to
change this but they are still in very early stages and results will be
unreliable at best. We still recommend using other technologies or making
sure that the page fully functions without loading Flash.

Subject: Flash

I was wondering if people had any experience/success on using Flash in web
design- and maintaining accessibility- and if the answer is it works, is
there anything specific one needs to know that is unique or tricky?

Not to long ago the answer would have been "err, no way!"... I have however
seen some products released that may be changing that answer, but I'm not at
all convinced the answer is yes....yet.
