VENDOR DAY FINAL NOTICE

Vendor Day is designed to give assistive technology vendors an opportunity
to exhibit and demonstrate the latest and greatest equipment and an
opportunity
for professionals, the general public and others to experience a broad scope
of assistive technology. Following is detailed information for our upcoming
Vendor Day on May 19, 2004.

VENDOR EXHIBITS

Leading Edge Vision - Aileen Zaken
Will have available for demonstration Telesensory and Clarity video
magnifiers (CCTVs), both portable and desktop, an OCR device, and Ott-lites.

Vision Matters - Dennis Foster and Chris Meredith
Will have available for demonstration terrific new innovations for blind and
low vision users. Specifically, the PacMate QX and BX personal portable
computers
with Braille display, not one but two GPS mobility devises, Humanware's
Voice Note QT, JAWS v5, and the new Supernova v6. In low vision, the auto
focus
color Merlin CCTV, head worn Jordy 2 video magnifier (CCTV) and unique Jordy
docking station.

Next Generation Technologies (NGT) Inc. - Edward Rosenthal
Will have available for demonstration Dragon Naturally Speaking speech
recognition software, JawBone specialized interface software and more.

Blinksoft Technologies, Inc. - Pam & Jerry Retzloff
Will have available for demonstration cool innovations in computers and
Braille.

Read Again / Everything Possible - Harvey & Cheryl Petty
Will have available for demonstration video magnifiers (CCTVs) including a
portable CCTV, an audio reader/scanner and hand held magnifiers.

OTHER TECHNOLOGY RELATED INFORMATION

Frances Pennell, Washington Assistive Technology Foundation will have
information and applications available for the low interest loan fund (the
"Access
Fund") established to provide Washington state residents with disabilities
affordable credit for purchases of assistive technology (AT) and home and
vehicle
accessibility modifications.

Leslie Carey / Cliff Schulman, Center for Independence in Lakewood will
share information about their Independent Living Center and the uses of the
APS
 (Audible Pedestrian Signal) by Novax Industries. The Novax Audible
Pedestrian Signal provides audible and vibral/tactile indication at the
crosswalk.
 The APS units have multiple features, all designed to provide crosswalk
safety for all of us, for every phase of our lives.
