I would very much like to go to your AT discussion. Unfortunately, I will be
out of town that evening. I am particularly interested for 2 reasons. One is
to increase my awareness for my clients. The other is that I will be
teaching an AT class at Shoreline Community College (with the help of Kurt
Johnson and Pat Dowden!). If I can find a colleague to attend, I will let
you know.

The Washington Assistive Technology Foundation is looking for a few more
people to participate in a Focus Group on assistive technology during the
evening of June 10, 04 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wedgwood Branch of
HomeStreet Bank. We'll be talking about the role and import of assistive
technology in independent living, education & employment, financial and
other barriers to access to AT and outreach strategies for WATF's low
interest loan program - both in terms of potential borrowers and in terms of
potential funders.
