[Wash-at] Ptosis "crutch" glasses

Subject: [Wash-at] Ptosis "crutch" glasses

A client of mine is in need of ptosis "crutch" glasses, due to his
drooping eyelids. From what I understand, the glasses have two pieces
of metal that are attached to the frame of the glasses and project
towards the upper eye. The idea is that when worn, the metal pieces hold
up the wearer's eyelids. I have not been able to find anyone who makes
ptosis glasses, and very few people I have talked to even know what they
are.
Do any of you know someone who could make a pair of ptosis glasses?

Thanks in advance for your help,
