Charu Gupta

Charu Gupta, MEd, BCBA, is an autism consultant at the UW Autism Center. Ms Gupta provides early intensive behavioral intervention for children with autism spectrum disorders, as well as professional training in the community. She received her master's degree and special education certification from the University of Washington in 2006 where she specialized in early childhood education. As a student teacher, she taught preschool in the Experimental Education Unit at the University of Washington, and during her graduate program she obtained additional practicum experience working with students with autism. Ms. Gupta began working with students with autism in New Delhi, India, in 1999 and has since held several volunteer, work and student positions educating students with autism spectrum disorders. She became a board certified behavior analyst in 2007.
