Lindsey Sterling
Graduate Research Assistant. Lindsey Sterling is a second year doctoral student in the Child Clinical Psychology program at UW, advised by Dr. Dawson. Her responsibilities at the UW Autism Center include conducting diagnostic interviews and assessments for the TAP and FACE Center of Excellence STAART projects. She is also working on her second year masters thesis which entails the use of eye tracking techniques to evaluate face processing strategies in individuals with autism. Lindsey has clinical experience working with children with autism through the Language and Cognitive Development Center in Boston. After graduating from UCLA with a B.S. in Psychobiology, she spent several years as a Research Assistant at the UCLA Neuropsychiatric Institute and at Cure Autism Now/ Autism Genetic Resource Exchange in Los Angeles before beginning her graduate education at UW.
