Sam Zinner
Developmental- Behavioral Pediatrician. Samuel Zinner , M.D. provides pediatric consultation on a range of medical issues for children at the Center. Dr. Zinner completed his residency training in General Pediatrics at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Los Angeles in 1997, and a fellowship training in General Academic Pediatrics and Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics at Children's Hospital, Boston in 1999. He is certified in General Pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics. Dr. Zinner joined the faculty at Saint Louis University School of Medicine in August 1999, as Assistant Professor of Pediatrics, continuing until December 2002, and then joined the faculty at the University of Washington School of Medicine - Center on Human Development and Disability in January 2003, at the level of Assistant Professor. At the University of Washington, Dr. Zinner pursues interests in Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics, with a strong focus on psychosocial and behavioral aspects of neurodevelopment. Clinical activities include attending at Children's Hospital and Regional Medical Center in General Pediatrics, the Neurodevelopmental/Birth Defects Clinic at Children's Hospital, and the Child Development Clinic at the Center on Human Development and Disability. Dr. Zinner is the director of residency training in Developmental Pediatrics.
