Microsoft/Premera Certification Criteria

1. Master's or doctoral degree in education, psychology, speech/language pathology, or occupational therapy.
    
2. Specialization of the master's or doctoral degree in behavior analysis, child clinical psychology, special education, applied psychology, or speech/language pathology OR is a behavior analyst (BCBA) certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
    
3. 1,500 documented and supervised hours of providing one to one intensive behavioral program consultation or program manager services to children with autism spectrum disorders. Services can be provided in center, school, or home.
    
   Supervised hours must meet the following criteria:
   • One hour of supervision has occurred for every 20 hours of service, i.e., a minimum of 75 hours of supervision.
   • At least 500 hours of consultation or program manager services must be home-based OR must involve substantial contact with/service to families.
   • Supervised by an individual with qualifications specified in numbers 1 and 2 above and extensive experience supervising or providing intensive behavioral program consultation services for children with autism.
