Prior to emailing records of any kind, please review other more secure methods of sharing this information, like fax or link sharing.<\/p>\n<p>If you would like to confirm that we have received your records, or have other questions, please contact the Intake Office at (206) 616-8642 or our Tacoma clinic at (206) 616-8642, or email us at uwautism@uw.edu.<\/p>\n<p>If you are a provider and you would like to refer clients to the UW Autism Center, please note that all clients must still complete the registration form. A referral from a provider does not replace a registration. If a client\u2019s insurance carrier requires a referral from their PCP, please send the referral to the insurance carrier and fax a copy to (877) 719-8701.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Scheduling<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our waitlist is not a guarantee of services.
