This program offers an initial foundation of evidence-based, high-quality, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services and parent education\/support to families currently waiting to receive ongoing therapy services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What is included in the program?<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>12 weeks of ABA therapy sessions at our Seattle or Tacoma clinic locations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Schedule is Monday-Thursday in either morning (9:00-12:00 AM) or afternoon (1:30-4:30 PM) cohorts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monthly consultation with Occupational Therapist (OT)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Multi-disciplinary team of psychologists, speech language pathologists (SLP), board certified behavior analysts (BCBA), and certified behavior technicians (CBT)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1:1 direct intervention with CBT<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1:1 and group SLP sessions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Weekly parent coaching sessions with BCBA<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Individualized transition planning sessions with psychologist and social work graduate students<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Weekly parent psychoeducation classes lead by our multi-disciplinary team including BCBAs, SLPs, OTs, and psychologists<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What are the enrollment criteria?<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Children under age 6 with a formal diagnosis of ASD<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Order or prescription for ABA therapy from a provider from a recognized Center of Excellence (COE) by the Health Care Authority (HCA)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lives within approximately a 30-minute radius from either our Seattle or Tacoma clinic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enrollment in WA Apple Health Medicaid health insurance program (see below for specific insurance providers)\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Molina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Community Health Plan of WA<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinated Care<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>United Healthcare Community Plan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provider One \u201cOpen Coupon\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Who do I contact if I have questions?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Email us at <a href=\"mailto:abalaunch@uw.edu\">abalaunch@uw.edu<\/a> or call us at 206-543-8379.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Interested in volunteering in the LAUNCH program?&nbsp;<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please complete an application&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/depts.washington.edu\/uwautism\/about\/volunteering\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">on our volunteer page<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Interested in touring the LAUNCH Program? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We offer free public tours of our Seattle site on the first Wednesday of every month from 1:00 to 2:00 pm.
