WSDOT has already agreed to pay MOHAI Forty Million Dollars for the museum building, relocation of exhibits, and other rights. Clearly 60% of the proceeds cam not acquire the same quality of replacement park as 100% would. The statement is incomplete if it fails to address the proposed rip-off.
