If you are a UW researcher/employee contacting our office for the first time or if you have not been asked to submit a Record of Innovation (ROI) by our office, we highly recommend that you submit a Consultation Request so that we can determine the best person to meet with you regarding your innovation.

To report an innovation to our office, please complete and submit a Record of Innovation (ROI). Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of receipt of your completed ROI. The technology manager assigned to your ROI will contact you within two weeks.

After submitting your ROI, if you do not hear from us within the above timeframe please contact our office at uwinvent@u.washington.edu or (206) 543-3970.
