District Leaders Seminar Series
Program Outcomes
Upon completion of this seminar series, district leaders will embrace the leadership challenge they face with renewed passion, energy, and commitment.
They will accomplish this by:
- Developing a deeper understanding of their own theory of action for eliminating the achievement gap.
- Identifying gaps in their own district between their current theory of action and the leadership necessary to eliminate the achievement gap.
- Examining and adjusting their leadership strategies through continued deep reflection and collegial support.
