
The University of Washington Club is a full service catering facility with over 15 years of experience in private event and conference coordination. Our friendly, professional staff is available to provide assistance for all aspects of event planning. Ensuring the success of our clients and their upcoming functions is our top priority.
Meetings and Conference-Style Events
The Conference Room is available for meetings and all-day conferences Monday through Sunday. Facility fees vary with weekday or weekend use. Working lunches with sandwiches or salads are available in the Conference Room. The South Dining Room is also available for small meetings from Monday to Friday. The Colleen Rohrbaugh Room is only available for meetings after 3:30 pm.
Catered Lunches
Catered Lunches are available in the South Dining Room from Monday to Friday with no facility fee. Catered lunches are available on weekends in the main Dining Room, the South Dining Room and The Colleen Rohrbaugh Room. On weekends there is a facility fee depending on the room used.
Receptions & Banquets
Catered receptions and banquets are available Monday through Sunday in The Colleen Rohrbaugh Room, the South Dining Room and the main Dining Room. Facility fees depend on the room used and if it is a weekday or weekend.
