The rooms at the University of Washington Club can accommodate a full range of events, from small, intimate gatherings to sit-down dinners for 150.

An overview of seating capacities and types of events held in each room:

Dining Room
75 - 150 seated or 100 - 250 reception-style
Buffet-style or plated dinners and receptions. Plated or buffet-style lunches on weekends only.

South Dining Room
10 – 45 seated or 20 – 45 reception-style
Meetings, breakfasts, lunches, receptions and dinners

Colleen Rohrbaugh Room
10 – 35 seated or 25 – 75 reception-style
Meetings and breakfasts
Receptions and dinners after 3:30 pm

Conference Room
Lecture style 25 - 100, meetings 15-45, or 50 – 100 reception-style
