Checking in at the conference
Please pick up your name badge and conference materials at the Registration Desk which will be located outside the South Ballroom, 2nd Floor, HUB. The Registration Desk will open beginning at 7:45 on Wednesday and Thursday. Morning coffee and light refreshments will be available.
The conference will be held in the newly remodeled Student Union Building (the HUB).The HUB offers excellent meeting facilities, located in the heart of the park-like University of Washington campus. Campus is located about four miles north of downtown Seattle. Convenient public transportation is available for conference participants who wish to visit the downtown area.

Parking near the HUB
Conference participants who wish to park on campus are responsible for obtaining daily permits as needed from one of the Parking Services booths, which are located at each entrance to campus. Please inform the gate attendant that you are attending an event in the HUB, and you will be directed to the appropriate parking area.
Padelford Parking Garage is the nearest parking lot to the HUB. A daily parking permit is available for purchase from the gate attendant for $15.00.
Disability parking is available in N-22, the parking lot near the HUB's north entrance. Please make parking arrangements at any one of the gatehouses upon entering campus.
The conference venue is recently remodeled and is fully accessible.
