Reviewing the reproducibility of functional pi-materials, particularly solar polymers, I hope to address these potential factors which may impact the reproducibility of these organic electronically active materials. Also, in order to quickly optimize the performance of polymer solar cells, a practical parameter, the volume density of organic thin films, is targeted. The density values were found to affect the electronic properties and in turn the performance of the polymer solar cell.
