Meeting Registration

Meeting registration is now closed. If you have inquiries, please contact:

As was agreed at the last meeting, the cost for each member participating in IRSO Meeting will be US $270 (Euro 200).  We request that participants pay the registration fee via credit card using the secure on-line registration system. The fee includes all sessions of the meeting, the pre-meeting workshop, the Opening Icebreaker, the Meeting Dinner at the University of Washington Club, the cruise and lunch aboard the R/V Thomas G. Thompson, lunches,and refreshment breaks.

Accompanying Guests  
Partners are welcome to attend the social sessions. The on-line registration process will provide an option to register your guest for the Opening Icebreaker and the Meeting Dinner for a fee of $95. In addition, you may purchase a $30 guest ticket for the Thursday cruise and lunch aboard the R/V Thomas G. Thompson.

Seattle and the surrounding regions have many tourist attractions and the organizing committee is very willing to advise on options and assist with arrangements either before or during the meeting.

VISA Information
Some international participants will need a visa prior to arriving in this country.  Please check the website of the US State Department for detailed information: travel.state.gov/visa/temp/info/info_1304.htm

You are encouraged to apply for any necessary visa as soon as possible.  If you need a formal letter of invitation from the meeting organizers as part of a visa application please contact the meeting organizers at irso2011@u.washington.edu
