The Residence Halls are conveniently located near the meeting venue. The organizers have reserved two different dorm room packages. The descriptions and package prices are below.

Dorm rooms include linens, bedding, and towels. Guests may wish to bring a hairdryer and alarm clock.

Early Arrivals and Late Departures

Early Arrivals and Late Departures will be accepted on a space-available basis for the nights of August 22, 23, 28 and 29, 2014. There is no refund for canceled Early Arrival or Late Departure nights after the reservation deadline date.

University area Hotels

Early reservations advised. A limited number of hotel rooms may still be available near the University of Washington campus. Rooms are available in downtown Seattle (four miles north of campus). There are still rooms available in campus dormitories. The summer conference season brings many guests to the area and you are encouraged to book your room early.
