An Invitation to Exhibit your Products at the MASSIN/WSANS Meeting
On behalf of the Madjid Samii Society of International Neurosurgeons, and the Washington State Association of Neurological Surgeons, it is our pleasure to invite you to participate in the Third International MASSIN Congress. The meeting this year is being held in conjunction with the WSANS Annual Meeting in Seattle, Washington, from July 13-15, 2011, in the W Seattle Hotel. Dr. Laligam Sekhar is this year’s president of WSANS and Drs. Sekhar and Ellenbogen, from Harborview Medical Center, are chairing the MASSIN Congress. The theme of the meeting is Advances in Neurosurgery and Applied Neurosciences. We have some wonderful speakers and expect a great educational experience with a lively exchange of valuable ideas. Presentations will be given by some of the finest Neurosurgeons from all over the world.
Your participation at the MASSIN/WSANS meeting will provide our attendees an opportunity to view, discuss and evaluate the most current devices and services in the industry. This is a unique opportunity to meet directly and form or strengthen relationships with our member Neurosurgeons. Our meeting is going to be held at the W Seattle Hotel in downtown Seattle. We have reserved the entire second floor with meeting rooms, dining room and space for our participants to take a break between speakers. This year we will have separate levels of participation for vendors. We have outside meeting room table space for both meeting days available for $3,000 per table and inside dining room space for both meeting days, with admission to the opening reception for $5,000 per table. We also have opportunities for our vendors to sponsor different functions of the meeting, please call Rosalie Thorpe if you would like more information. We will provide breakfast and lunch for two members attending tables. If you would like additional people at your tables you will need to purchase them a separate meal ticket. Please remember that conversations about products or informational material can only be distributed at your product table. No product discussion can occur at meals or during the reception.
