Exhibitor Information

Organizations are invited to exhibit at the 2019 FAA Northwest Mountain Region Airports Conference. Airport product and service suppliers return year after year to the exhibit program because they know it provides a cost-effective opportunity to display their products and meet new customers. If you have information you would like to share with professionals in the field, consider this opportunity. Each year, a limited number of booths are available. Exhibit Booth Fee $1400 per booth 
Each booth is 10 feet wide by 8 feet deep.
Each booth includes: one identification sign, one six foot skirted table, two chairs, one 500 watt outlet, a draped backwall at 8′ high and draped side rails at 3′ high.

The exhibit booths are located on the same floor as the conference sessions. Daily refreshment breaks are served in the exhibit area along with the vendor showcase Tuesday evening 5:00 – 6:30 PM providing generous opportunities for interaction between exhibitors and airport professionals.

Exhibitor Move-in: Monday, March 18 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Show Dates/Times: Tuesday, March 19 7:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Exhibitor Move-out: Wednesday, March 20 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
