Registration fees include conference materials, admission to exhibits, participation in conference sessions, banquet luncheons and refreshment breaks. All fees listed are in U.S. dollars ($).

Cancellations and Substitutions

Cancellations and refund requests received on or before March 4 will be subject to a $75 administrative processing fee. Cancellations after March 4, 2019 will not be refunded. If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute in your place. We ask that you give notification of the substitution at least one week in advance of the conference start date. Please submit your cancellation in writing to faanw@u.washington.edu.

Hotel Cancellations: Please contact the hotel directly if you find you must change or cancel your reservation.
