2019 Registration Fees are listed below:
The standard fee includes participation in symposium sessions, lunches, daily refreshment breaks, Tuesday evening poster session with hosted reception, and symposium program book.
The student volunteer registration fee is available to currently enrolled, full-time students pursuing an undergraduate degree, graduate degree, or PhD. Participants registering at the student volunteer rate means that you agree to assist session moderators and help where needed during the duration of the Symposium. Student participants receive the same items listed above under standard fee.
Note: We are unable to offer financial assistance to support registration or other costs associated with attending the conference. Our organization is non-profit and registration fees are the primary source of revenue.
All accepted presenters (oral or poster) should register and pay to attend the Symposium.

Cancellations, Substitutions, and Policy
Cancellations and refund requests received on or before March 20, 2019 will be subject to an administrative processing fee of:
$75 for Early and Standard Registrants
$10 for Student Registrants
25% of total Sponsorship fee for Sponsors and Exhibitors
Cancellations after March 20 will not be refunded. If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute in your place. Please submit your cancellation in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.

PLEASE NOTE that the Washington Hydrogeology Symposium holds no responsibility or liability for those participating in Symposium field trips. All field trip registrants must complete and sign a liability waiver form.
University of Washington reserves the right to cancel the conference in the event of low enrollment or other circumstances beyond its control. The total amount of liability of the University of Washington will be limited to a refund of the registration fee. Attendees who purchase non-refundable airline tickets do so at their own risk.
