Use this chart to determine if you are overweight. Find your height on the chart below, and look at the corresponding weight.

If your weight is equal to, or greater than the weight shown for your height, return to the Diabetes Risk Analysis and add 3 to your score for question 4.

If your weight is less than the weight shown for your height, return to the Diabetes Risk Analysis and add 0 to your score for question 4.
