Originally from New England, Dana has lived in Seattle for many years. He worked as the Master carpenter and Technical Director (TD) at Intiman for 5 seasons, and as TD for Seattle Rep for 8 seasons. Most recently, he was on the road as Production Manager for a commercial tour of "Peter Pan".

In his spare time, Dana runs/owns a small engraving business.
